Land Buying Administration Assistant

As a Land Acquisition Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Land Acquisition and Land Director teams. Your work will involve maintaining accurate systems and reports, identifying opportunities, and contributing to strategic decision-making through board-level reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the BIG MAP system, ensuring data accuracy and maximising value through up-to-date commercial site information.
  • Pick up enquiries on Site@ as required and instruct to relevant land director.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, delivering accurate and insightful reports to the land team and Board of Directors.
  • Support marketing and research activities as required.
  • Keep the land agent database current; explore innovative methods to attract new land disposal contacts.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of targeted letters for off-market land acquisition opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ambitious, self-driven, and a strong team collaborator.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures with precision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ensures accuracy in reporting and data management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of prioritising workloads and delivering to tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative or land/property-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Higher education qualification preferred but not essential.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday
