Commercial Administrator

LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to assist the Commercial Manager and the Assistant Commercial Manager. 

Salary £26,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Commercial Management Team with the subcontractor order process.
  • To manage the project files with quotation and order information.
  • To raise subcontract orders using Sage.
  • Undertaking general admin tasks as required.
  • Assisting the Commercial Manager with the issue of Collateral Warranty Documents.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior Construction Admin/Procurement experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong attention to detail.

The position is office based full-time 8.00 am -5.00 pm Monday-Friday.
