Commercial Administrator Maternity Cover

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Team to cover maternity leave, ideally the candidate will have some experience in a Construction Administration background.  You will cover a wide range of administrative duties, providing commercial support to the Commercial Manager and wider construction teams.

Contract length: Fixed term up to 12-month maternity cover, with possible scope for a permanent position dependant on business requirements.

Duties will include:

• Researching new sub-contractors.
• Sending Sub-Contractor enquiries and tender packages for quotation.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Support Commercial Management Team.
• Updating commercial spreadsheets and databases where required.
• Ensuring updated records of Sub-Contractor insurances are kept and filed.
• Assisting with accounts queries.
• Ensuring administration is completed on time and accurately.
• Assisting with any additional admin requirements.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Proven experience within administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sage knowledge.

• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
