Commercial Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Team on a full time, permanent basis. Covering a wide range of administrative duties, the role will be to support the Commercial Manager with:

• Researching new sub-contractors.
• Sending Sub-Contractor enquiries and Tender Packages for quotation.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Updating Site Procurement Schedules.
• Updating commercial spreadsheets and databases where required.
• Ensuring updated records of Sub-Contractor insurances are kept and filed.
• Developing skills within commercial of Sub-Contractor packages.
• Assisting with accounts queries.
• Ensuring administration is completed on time and accurately.
• Assisting with any additional admin requirements.
• Assisting with Collateral Warranty requirements.
• Keeping an updated filing system with orders, quotes and any other documents required.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Proven experience within administration.
• Desire to understand and promote the company purpose, vision and values.
• Sage knowledge. 
• Essential to have Microsoft Office Knowledge

• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a desire to pick up new challenges. Dedicated to working together to achieve results.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
