LNT has been at the forefront of innovation in the design, testing and constructing of industry leading, energy-saving carehomes. Having removed gas from all sites going forwards LNT now has a clear focus to move towards net-zero carbon emissions in the operating assets, with our critical path to zero-carbon consumption and self-generation/net-zero carehomes. Each home has Solar PV fitted, maximising the available self generation of power.

Our homes are designed with residents' care at the centre of our decision making, and as such our programme of innovation includes technology such as ionisation in the battle against Covid 19 and other airborne virus. We are constantly reviewing the suitability and design of our homes to make improvements based on the operational management and residents' needs.
