LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are currently recruiting for a Safety Deck / Block and Beam Assistant Contracts Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Safety Deck / Block and Beam Assistant Contracts Manager to help oversee the LNT Construction Safety Deck / block and beam divisions on sites. To help Manage the installation of the Working platform ensuring installation is done to the correct methods/standards, organise call offs alongside site management for the beam & block/Safety Deck and organise in house team to install to correct details/specifications.

RESPONSIBLILTIES:

  • Oversee and help manage all aspects of the Safety deck / block and beam project from inception to completion.
  • Managing and reporting the Safety deck / block and beam budgets
  • Ensuring project program times are met, whilst maintain high standards.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to address project constraints and mitigate risks.
  • set project milestones, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during project implementation.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and monitoring financial performance.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage contract terms.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or safety.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to deliver high-quality results.
  • Address any non-conformance issues promptly and develop corrective actions.
  • Ensure costs & programme are met, working within allocated budget and time frame for each site.
  • Clear & concise communication with agencies, sub-contractors, clients and commissioning engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Safety deck / block and beam.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, site preparation techniques, and relevant regulations.
  • Knowledge of Safety deck / block and beam methods, processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
