Records Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Records Administrator to work within our Admin team. The position offers the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and experience within a supportive and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation of project documentation.
  • To work closely with in house disciplines to assist with general administrative duties.
  • To help organise the booking of employee accommodation.
  • To liaise with local council authorities for the registration of projects.
  • To assist with responding to general enquires.
  • To attend office meetings for the recording of minutes.

Key Requirements:

  • Hardworking and eager to learn new skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software such as word and excel.
  • Strong and confident communicator.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team.

This is a temporary role covering maternity leave, with potential to become permanent. 

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm at our head office in Garforth, Leeds.
