Finance Admin Assistant – Buying

LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is looking for a Finance Admin Assistant – Buying which will be based at our offices in Garforth, Leeds. 

Working in a busy environment the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
  • Deal with queries raised by the purchase ledger team
  • Liaise with the buying department to resolve queries raised
  • Amend purchase orders as instructed by the buying department
  • Reconciling of supplier statements
  • Review of payment run to ensure payment terms are met
  • Review of supplier accounts to ensure credit limits are met
  • Producing weekly cash flows for expected spend
  • Any other duties as required
