LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is looking for a Finance Admin Assistant – Buying which will be based at our offices in Garforth, Leeds.
Working in a busy environment the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
- Deal with queries raised by the purchase ledger team
- Liaise with the buying department to resolve queries raised
- Amend purchase orders as instructed by the buying department
- Reconciling of supplier statements
- Review of payment run to ensure payment terms are met
- Review of supplier accounts to ensure credit limits are met
- Producing weekly cash flows for expected spend
- Any other duties as required
