Approvals & Connections Manager

Due to growth within the business LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is looking for an Approvals & Connections Manager to work with our construction teams.

You will collaborate with the Regional Directors, Planning, and Groundworks teams and report to the Managing Director.  You will manage a Utilities team of 2.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the technical, regulatory and connection aspects of the build.
  • Co-ordinate the 278 works and 106 works.
  • Obtain approvals for grid connections.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments.

You must have:

  • An eye for detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of 106 and 278 works.
