As an Apprentice Payroll/Administration assistant you will be expected to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Essential Functions & Basic Duties:
Communicating over the telephone with colleagues
Assist with processing 4 weekly payroll using Sage 50
Organise and report data
Use of in-house computer systems
Sending and receiving emails
Filing and maintaining internal documents
Store and retrieve information
Scanning documents
Archiving documents
