Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience and has held senior acquisition and property management roles at Grand Metropolitan and Mansfield Brewery. Prior to joining the LNT Group, Nick was a director of a large specialist firm of agents and valuers in the leisure and healthcare sectors dealing with Corporate Valuations. Nick joined LNT Group 10 years ago and over the last 7 years, as Development Director has focused on land acquisition, investment and turnkey sales.

Strategic Land Director
Keeley joins LNT as Strategic Land Director with over 17 years' experience in development and main contracting. With a strong background in PFI, strategic and bidding management, Keeley has a successful history of acquiring development opportunities for both private and social residential schemes across the UK. Having held previous Operational Director roles at Carillion and Esh, Keeley also provides construction expertise with further insight to the suitability and opportunity for forthcoming developments.
Much of Keeley's background has been involved in consortium working and driving effective partnerships, which she is looking forward to continue whilst expanding LNT's network of development partners in the midlands and north of the country.

Alastair is a Chartered Surveyor and joins LNT as Development Director with over 13 years’ experience in development and commercial property. Prior to joining LNT Alastair held the position of Development Director at HDD, a leading mixed-use development specialist where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating new mixed-use and residential development opportunities across the country and leading the Leads and Bids process of acquiring land and new sites.
As Development Director at LNT, Alastair will continue to focus on identifying and acquiring land and new sites in the south of the country and he looks forward to building on both his and LNT’s existing relationships as well as forging new ones in both the commercial and residential sectors throughout this part of the country.

Eleanor is highly-experienced in project and change management. She has worked as both client and contractor representative within public and private sector organisations including Leeds City Council, Strategic Team Group and Interserve. Eleanor also has extensive experience of bid management within the healthcare, housing and local authority sectors, meaning that she is well-versed in varied procurement routes.
Eleanor is involved in managing the care development process from initial site enquiries to construction commencement, working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners to help achieve project efficiency.

Land Acquisitions Assistant
Emily graduated from the University of the West of England in 2007 and has since been gaining experience in the property industry. After three years working for Savills in their residential sales and lettings office in Knightsbridge, she spent four years working as an Executive Assistant for a number of senior directors at Barchester Healthcare. Emily spent the majority of her time at Barchester as EA to the Property Services and Development teams, but she was also latterly involved in the governance and compliance side of operating a care home.
Emily joined the team as Land Acquisition and Sales Assistant in August 2014.

Karen has experience of both operating and developing care facilities. Over the past six years she has also been involved in the construction of 23 care facilities, these include care homes, specialist care homes, supported living and extra care housing. In addition, Karen has worked with a wide range of care providers (not for profit, private operators, RP's and CIC's) delivering consultancy. These have included market studies, stakeholder engagement and consultation, feasibility studies, design appraisals and strategic reviews.
Karen will be facilitating stronger relationships with more operators throughout the UK and also strengthen our land acquisition ability.
